For this year’s Heritage Open Days architecture theme, we’ve teamed up with Milton Keynes Forum to put on a fun and lively event celebrating the buildings and designed aspects of Milton Keynes.

We’ve invited a cross section of ten people from across the city to give a ten-minute illustrated presentation each on ten MK buildings, or designed aspects, of their choice. The format is based on pechakucha, a short format presentation style pioneered in Japan, which should result in engaging presentations where the images are as important as the words.

Come along and discover what our ten speakers choose! Will some buildings appear more than once? Will there be a preference for new buildings or old ones? Will anyone go over time and get gonged out!? The event is free, but tickets are required.
